My name is Antonio Brien and I am an amateur boxer with a passion for the sport that has driven me for over a decade. With 10 years of training and more than 40 fights under my belt, I've had the privilege of competing at both national and international level. Within this time I have won multiple titles gaining valuable experience.

My Personal Training sessions encourage progress at any level which is achieved by challenging each client whilst ensuring enjoyment in the process. Sessions can be all boxing, or I can throw in boxing specific circuits that are designed to give your fitness an extra push.

If you would like to learn to box or improve your boxing, I can include all the boxing fundamentals: footwork, attack, defence, and movement. I’ll hold the pads for you and coach you on the bags to ensure your bag work is effective.

If you are preparing to compete, I can guide you to improve your ringcraft: developing your strengths, improving your weaknesses, and tightening up your technique.

If you are after an intensive, non-stop, calorie burning hour, I’ll put you through your paces on the pads, bags and with a mini boxing circuit.

If your goal is to lose weight and tone up then this form of training is for you. Boxing is one of the best ways to lose weight as it is a high intensity sport. I can help push you to your limit and guide you to your weight loss goals.
